Affiliates

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.

Except as permitted by law, we will not share information we collect about you with non-affiliated third parties while you are a resident of California.
Vermont residents - Vermont law requires financial institutions to obtain consent prior to sharing personal, financial information about you with others. Except as permitted by law, we will not share information we collect about you with non-affiliated third parties or companies in our corporate family unless you call us at 1-888-678-2999 and authorize us to do so.

COLLECTION AND USE OF BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION
If we extend credit to a consumer, we will consider the bank account information provided by the consumer as eligible for us to process payments against. In addition, as part of our information collection process, we may detect additional bank accounts under the ownership of the consumer. We will consider these addtional accounts to be part of the application process.
